WHOO Last request completed... Actually I had this completed last night but had no internet so I can only submit this now

I'm not entirely sure if this is an OC or a character from a series so forgive me if I don't have a proper disclaimer

It's so hard using only blues XD I had a green, red and yellow pencil right next to me that I was itching to use haha to bad that the reference had a limited colour pallete, oh well this was fun to do anyway
